Effective September 12, 2026

These Terms of Service govern use of the Axle Tax application and related services.

Purpose of Axle Tax

Axle Tax provides tools for organizing trucking and vehicle-related records, including mileage, fuel, IFTA information, inspections, maintenance, driver time, and related operational records.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information entered into Axle Tax.

Axle Tax is a recordkeeping tool and does not replace the user's responsibility to comply with federal, state, local, tax, transportation, safety, or other legal requirements.

No Professional Advice

Axle Tax does not provide legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or professional compliance advice. Reports and calculations generated by the application should be reviewed by the user before being relied upon for official filings or compliance purposes.

Accounts

Some features may require an Axle Tax account. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for activity occurring through their account.

Cloud Synchronization

Axle Tax may provide cloud synchronization between supported devices. Internet connectivity and third-party services may be required for cloud features.

Although Axle Tax is designed to protect and preserve records, users should maintain copies of any records they consider legally or financially critical.

Availability

Axle Tax may be updated, modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. Continuous availability of every feature is not guaranteed.

Third-Party Services

Axle Tax may rely on third-party services for functions such as authentication, cloud storage, maps, location information, or other supporting features. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse Axle Tax, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to another user's account or information, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer

Axle Tax is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that the application will be error-free or suitable for every business, tax, or regulatory requirement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axle Tax and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the application.
